I have h pylori and I used to have white tongue but got rid of it mastic gum before every meal and good probiotics like kefir, eat lots of starch and fiber like potatoes apples brown rice with not too much protein or fat it's likely what caused the candida in the first place if you were a gymcel

or go on a long fast then eat coconut oil you will poop out candida
