wsg wit yall niggas so I basically cured my depression and have had a good consistent baseline of happyiness or contentness (is that even a word jfl) for awhile now and I didn't do any of that redpill hamza/andrew tate motivation cope bullshit or meditate or wtv the fuck copes are pushed now and on top of ts I did it WHILST GOONING EVERYDAY NO FAPCELS BTFO'd, the method? simple, LOOKSMAXXING. nah but fr tho all I did was hop on vyvanse for my severe ADHD (mental health maxxed) and fixed my sleep schedule with the help of @garoupilled_ 's thread genuinely one of the best threads on the forum btw but anyway yeah, thats the kinda method
me personally too I've been living like a slop but sorta locked in not really on social media no more but besides that I'm doing everything WRONG that "Supposedly" nukes your mental health, not to say that that stuff doesn't help or matter but I'm alr chilling at this point now just imagine I paired this with actually spending time with friends and doing other fun things - telling u bruh anyway its simple I did some research and applied the following (or tried) these are the most high ROI follow as much as possible most seem simple but make a HUGE difference
step 1: go see a professional if any mental issues (get cbt, medication both if possible) step 2: fix core lifestyle things (sleep, diet, exercise especially slightly intense high cardio) which those help looks heavily aswell but water step 3: take care of any other external problems disclaimer on the last one because I know some can't but do as much as you can but if you have to wait and is giga depressed because of that then do that and don't sui because environment matters A LOT ( think I read like 25%) so that's one of the cases where the generic "it'll get better" actually makes sense. also for poorcels just do HIIT or sprint for cardio and calisthenics for the general exercise
anyway those 3 steps right there are the most powerful "softmaxxing" for mental health -- getting low bf, going outside, meditation etc those things help aswell for sure and you should try them aswell but make sure those 3 right there are in place they are legit the foundation pillars in which u have to do CONSISTENTLY if u want it to last basically the equivalent of looksmaxxing's leanmaxxing, hairmaxxing, skincare etc you get the point depressed mfs lock in TRUST ME MY NIGGA
