If ur older than like 13 then facemask won't do anything no more.If you have a narrow maxilla as well, I would suggest fixing that first (FME) while also using a face mask device to possibly advance your maxilla a couple mm but it’s still early own but I thought it would be worth mentioning.
I’ve heard it works a little bit if you expand at the same time because it splits sutures but like I said it’s new stuff and I’m just suggesting. But yeh lf1 is going to be the obvious solutionIf ur older than like 13 then facemask won't do anything no more.
"Cure" like its some disease
Simplest way is Lefort 1, that is what I'm getting next year.
Ive seen some good transformations tbh, idk if its specifically facemask, but it was just non-surgical orthodontic appliances used on kids, and the before and afters showed how their maxillas improved drastically. But again, they were done on kids.I’ve heard it works a little bit if you expand at the same time because it splits sutures but like I said it’s new stuff and I’m just suggesting.
