-1 scoop of glycine powder
-2 scoops of whey protein powder
-100g peanut butter
-100g nutella
-fuckloads of chocolate syrup + honey
-100ml sweetened condensed milk
-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
-3 cookies
-2 bananas
