i'm cutting weight starting on Thursday the #1 tip i've got it to shred down and i need every tip for losing weight fast i can workout everyday if needed can i get a daily schedule (no reta)

You don’t need to workout everyday just cut the bs food and train 3-4 times a week
 
do one meal per day, perhaps 2, basically skip a meal or two per day and see how your body reacts, this is if you obvs have weight, if for training, train regularly and make sure you maximizng recovery, that includes whatever cope you find on org, thats about it, as for shreds, work out, no shortcuts here unless you dont care about risks, then use whatever zyzz or whatever cope influencer there is, simple problem solved

like tips not a lot of people know that are really helpful for example not eating 3 hours before bed

dont eat, and sweat all ur liquid off w extreme cardios

cicle ur water, drink water and lose water (to sweat)
and eat less
 
1. 2.5g protein per kg 2. 1000 callorie less than maintance 3. 30min cardio 4. Eat carbs as u going to be needig energy to fuel ur body
5. Train 5x a week (PPL/UL)
(Worked for me lost 15kgs in 5 months while gaining a very good amount of muscles)

i'm 140 pounds 5"6 i can't only do 30 mins of cardio bc i have boxing on tuesday thursday firday which is 1 hour 30 mins
