Pls give me a good answer guys, ive already bought protein powder. (and im on my second month of my aromasin and mk cycle)

cut carbs sodium and sugar. it's simple. doesn't interfere w/ high protein diet needed for height at all

Focus on healthy fats and proteins, carbs are not that necessary
