feel like its super important to be lean during hs so ur not a fat fuck in your glory years but i still wanna make sure my bones develop properly, as long as i get all my nutrients in and restrict calories will my shit be alright

Eat diet high in meat, eggs etc. You will drop fat effortlessly. Add raw dairy if you like once you reach your leanness level, dairy can stall your weight loss to a degree.

This is how you should be eating regardless.
 
i already do but i include sweet potato and fruit, should i just cut some of that out to make it easier my main diet is js eggs meat milk with fruit
Cut out the sweet potato and fruit. See how you do, if your not losing, cut the milk (should be raw milk btw, pasteurised milk is useless).

Yea just eat a lot and do a lot of cardio everyday
Cardio is cope for fat loss and counter productive. walking is fine since it’s low internist and doesn’t spike hunger at all, but standard cardio like running or any high intensity activity spikes hunger so much for such little caloric burning you are gonna consume everything you just burnt and more.

tbh i always become lean asf when i start running 5 km nonstop under 25 mins

yeah ill go for that, im assuming the lb of sweet potato i like to eat fucks it up

The only way to lose 15kg in a month is to be in a calorie deficit of 3700 calories everyday, Thats not a aggresive cut thats starvation + cardio for 99.9% of people
