How to deal or fix with BRUTAL babyface at 18 and 5’7

Im an 18 year old and im 5’7 but everyone thinks im 15 from my babyface. Its makijg my life hell and people always joke about it which makes it worse. Someone told me, “ i feel bad that you’re going to college looking like that.” What do i do is there anything i can even do. I’m half Moroccan and Ethiopian and because of this i have recessed infras and I already know that’s cooked. What else can i softmaxx. It’s making me depressed and starting to hate my life cause of this.
