How to deal with derma stamp burns?

Lately i’ve been using a derma stamp for beard growth because my beard grows very unevenly some parts get full others don’t have a single hair and i think a beard light beard would help my looks as my jawline isn’t well defined.
So when i derma stamped around a week ago i did it with a 1.25 mm needle length which is 0.25 more than i used to do , this difference caused me irritation and burns as i used a salicylic acid facial cleanser after how can i help improve the recovery of my skin.
when i search on the net all i get is to keep the burned area moisturized

the burns are gone now, i used to use castor oil but i realized its kinda cope for beard growth so now i am using a blend of procapil , capsicum and rosemary oils .
i haven’t used it for long but it definitely already made a difference
