I am currently on a dopamine detox for the second week - now I have sleep schedule(12 pm to 8am sleep), go for jog, get cold shower, read book for 40 min, calisthenics for 20 min, meditate for 25 min. In free time I try to code.And I still feel tired and heavy-headed. My brain is still occupied with tiktoks, music and fantasies. What should I do?
