How to deal with preventing loose skin after starting weight loss

I've been fasting for 16 hrs, eating ginger in juice, eating tumeric curcumin pills everything to help my skins autophagic phase start and go on rampage mode with cardio.

I've also heard HIIT and cardio at the peak of your fast helps boost autophagy.

My brother said from watching greg doucette that if you have to lose 80 lbs you have to becareful with the speed you lose weight otherwise you have a shitton of loose skin, is this true?

Does the rate of fat loss induce more loose skin or is it just the skin is already stretched out and doesn't matter how quick you lose it.
 
Definitely just try to build muscle at the same rate youre losing weight if you dont wanna have any loose skin
 
Gym and slower weight loss.
