How to debloat correctly

I know u must eat 4000mg potassium 3L water and do some running exercises and avoid salt
I also searched which fruits or foods gives u a good amount of potassium can someone say when do I know I debloated and how long do I need to the cycle I planned 2 week before my school starts again im 180cm and 68kg I want to go to 65 and I'm not skinny or something else I just lost 17kg but I have a little fat over my belly can some one answer me ts question how long do I need to the cycle

If ur above %15 percent body fat dont even think about debloating.
U dont have to do all that complicated shit just eat less sodium and drink lots of water.
Also cardio,sauna and stuff debloats u for a short amount of time.
Thats the 2 that actually worked for me all
other shit is just useless or not worth doing.

And dont forget that debloating is cope if ur boneless :lul:
