How to debloat eyelids

im like definitely 8-10% bodyfat and my eyelids keep looking bloated asf, the upper fat pads still can cover my eyelids but i just find that when I look down my eyelids are just so puffy what should I do

If you are really bloated then just dont consume allot of salt and proccesed meats

prolly just uee (upper eyelid exposure)
use tape to fraud
