How to debloat without starving my self?

I want to keep eating so I don't interrupt my height growth hormone, but I'm getting sick of my bloating, what do I do
 
Avoid carbs, maintain sodium and potassium balance and get leaner

reducing your stress levels is a huge factor as well
 
don’t worry about carbs honestly, as long as they’re healthy carbs like fruits and veggies you’re fine. biggest factor is obviously water intake, potassium, and avoiding processed foods (cooked in veg oils or high sodium).

1. calorie deficit
2. high potassium intake
3. avoid high sodium foods
4. much water or furosemide
