How to Debloat Your Face.
(This method is pretty basic i know)

1. Cut the Salt
  • Avoid processed foods, canned soups, and salty snacks.
  • Excess sodium makes your face hold onto water — it’s the biggest culprit.
2. Drink More Water
  • 2 to 3 liters a day minimum.
  • Staying hydrated tells your body it doesn’t need to store water.
3. Get Enough Sleep
  • 7 to 9 hours every night.
  • Poor sleep increases inflammation, which shows up as puffiness in your face.
4. Move More
  • Cardio like walking, jogging, or cycling.
  • Sweat helps flush out excess water and supports lymph flow.
5. Limit Carbs (Temporarily)
  • Carbs store water in your body — especially refined carbs like bread and sugar.
  • Cutting back for a few days can help your face look leaner fast.
6. Eat More Potassium
  • Helps balance out sodium and flushes out water.
  • Eat bananas, spinach, avocados, potatoes, or coconut water daily.
7. No Late-Night Eating
  • Especially salty or high-carb meals before bed.
  • You’ll wake up bloated — simple as that.
