- Sweat helps flush out excess water and supports lymph flow.
- Carbs store water in your body — especially refined carbs like bread and sugar.
- Cutting back for a few days can help your face look leaner fast.
- Helps balance out sodium and flushes out water.
- Eat bananas, spinach, avocados, potatoes, or coconut water daily.
- Especially salty or high-carb meals before bed.
- You’ll wake up bloated — simple as that.
