Aldosterone regulation
Water but
Sleep
diet moderate sodium poatssium intake plus balance
Low stress
Avoid Stimulants. Eg caffeine ️can increase blood pressure that can trigger aldosterone spike

And for medical option

Aldosterone Antagonists like Spironolactone and Eplerenone which don't stop the production of the hormone but block its effects on the kidneys to prevent sodium retention and potassium loss.

I am 20 year old and I started lifting in 2022 februari. This is a 4 year difference. In the first pic I was 16. Right now im a bit bloated and I Will start my cut in about 2 weeks. (I want to hit a new pr first). Will probably go to 8% bf this summer. Im a lifetime natty never used any roids or peptides. If you have any questions about gym or something else just ask me bro.
