how to debloatmaxxing on face , (on reta 6mg / w )

I've been on reta 6 mg/week since Jan 1. I went from 90 kg to 73 kg.
I'm already skinny and lean, but my face still looks bloated, with fat cheeks and a chubby, rounded appearance.
like how to fix this shit .
should i do DIY aqualyx or something similar
