Go to someone who works with eyebrows, and ask them to draw your eyebrows to look like neutral tilt

More so, but there's something off-putting about them, I believe it's the slant in the end.

If you ain't lazy then dense eyebrows can be a plus, just need to learn how to shape them. In your case, I'd recommend trying to make them more like a line and trim the endings which go down, they create an illusion of an "arch". I don't know the ideal proportion, but probably outer endings should be not lower than 1/2 or 1/3 of inner endings (where nose is).
