How to do more cardio

"Just walk" "muh discipline" if I'm making this I am obviously a lazy slob who lacks discipline so what methods can I use to make cardio more entertaining?
Yt video reccomendations, hit a vape, hit a penjamin, running shoes, etc?

I am lazy but not lazy enough to do no cardio and have my caloric deficit come fully from my diet

them bikes on gyms that u can sit on and do whatever
or run on treadmilles and watch some porn or whatever on

just put on a show or something while on treadmill, easy as that.
ditract your mind from the fact that you are exercising

I think my cycle is fucking with my sex urges but I haven't gooned to porn in a while.

cant do cardio without watching subway surfers gameplay and talking about some cycle :forcedsmile:

Yeah but it will make a cut go way faster. I wish I actually had friends to do shit with during the day so then I could get steps no problem

walk between ur sets at the gym that adds a good amount

i watch videos on the bike and time goes well pretty quickly
or sometimes leave some stuff to do so i can do it while on the bike

walking is def the best way to lose weight for physical activity. if ur jogging ur gonna get hungry and be a retarded slob and eat ur feelings away.
