How long should i do cardio on treadmill and at what settings to debloat and lose some fat (i already have visible abs but still) without raising cortisol.
 
How long should i do cardio on treadmill and at what settings to debloat and lose some fat (i already have visible abs but still) without raising cortisol.
Without cortisol spikes the only method would be to walk long distances.

"cardio without raising cortisol" isnt scientifically possible, but to raise the least amount of cortisol just do walking for like 30-60 mins

Walk long distances, running constantly is a ticking time bomb as they say. It's unattural to the system and you fill start to feel the effects, physically spekaing as well.

I used to run heaps years ago - I had eye bags, eye bulge, skin folds, all of that - and eventually quit running due to injuries. I was surprised to see myself actually look better as a result of stopping the exercise and repetitive physical stress.

Just walk bro

cardio will increase water retention and chronically will increase inflammation
