title. im on my phone from the moment i wake up to the moment i go to sleep and i need help with that

thats the problem. i go outside a lot and guess what im doing:feelskek:

The steps are to stop using your phone for a period of time ,let's say for 15 minutes if that's the most you can do .And then to progressively increase this time
