Not really but you’re gonna be on it longer compared to a small dose so you need to monitor what it’s doing. You could probably do 20-30mg with no side effects except sone skin dryness since they give 50-60mg to women lol.

My derm wants to do it to prevent the purge accutane will bring before starting which is pretty smart. He already says I have acne scarring that will need laser treatment later.
i got face acne mild ish im on 30mg a day shit is gone in less than a month if you want it gone go high dose, side effects arent bad for my just lips
