1. The Prep (Opening the Drains)
Always start at the base to clear a path for the facial fluid.
2. Facial Drainage Routine
Use a feather-light touch—pressure should only be enough to gently stretch the skin without feeling the muscle underneath.
3. The Final Drain
To finish, you must move all the fluid you just "pushed" to the edges of your face back down the main drain.
Always start at the base to clear a path for the facial fluid.
- Collarbone Pumps: Use your fingertips to gently press into the soft hollows just above your collarbones. Repeat 10–15 times.
- Neck Sweeps: Place flat hands on the sides of your neck below your ears. Gently stretch the skin downward toward your collarbones. Repeat 10 times.
- Ear Circles: Place your fingers in front of and behind your ears (forming a "V"). Gently massage in small circular motions to stimulate the lymph nodes located there.
2. Facial Drainage Routine
Use a feather-light touch—pressure should only be enough to gently stretch the skin without feeling the muscle underneath.
- Jawline: Start at the center of your chin. Sweep your fingers outward along your jawline toward your earlobes. Repeat 5–10 times.
- Cheeks: Start at the sides of your nose. Sweep outward and slightly downward toward the center of your ears.
- Under-Eyes: Use your ring finger for the lightest touch. Gently sweep from the inner corner of the eye outward to the temples. Do not pull the skin.
- Forehead: Place fingers in the center of your forehead. Sweep outward toward your temples.
3. The Final Drain
To finish, you must move all the fluid you just "pushed" to the edges of your face back down the main drain.
- Down the Neck: Place your hands at your temples or ears and sweep them firmly but gently down the sides of your neck to the collarbones. Repeat 3–5 times to ensure the fluid has left the facial area.
