This shit tastes like a nuclear bomb I am rinsing my tongue with litres of water like a thirsty dog now.

Coconut water is a good source but too much sugar in it.

Banana and potatoes u need to consume a lot which u will eventually overdose carbs and sugar.

Green veggies are expensive and have to be prepared.
