Im 16 but im a really late bloomer, im still growing a lot and in the last 2 months I experiences ~ 1 inch growth just from eating a lot, but I wanna lose bf as well. Should I continue to eat a shitton and just forget about bf for now or is there a way I could do both. For reference im eating maybe around 3-3.5k calories and im around 5'7-5'8 closer to 5'8 and 135 pounds, maybe around 20% bf I go to the gym regularly and I do sports asw.
