How to eat a shitton but still lose bf%

Im 16 but im a really late bloomer, im still growing a lot and in the last 2 months I experiences ~ 1 inch growth just from eating a lot, but I wanna lose bf as well. Should I continue to eat a shitton and just forget about bf for now or is there a way I could do both. For reference im eating maybe around 3-3.5k calories and im around 5'7-5'8 closer to 5'8 and 135 pounds, maybe around 20% bf I go to the gym regularly and I do sports asw.
 
in the same situation tbh just eat maintenence and 200 cals more or less
 
theres no correlation to eating a lot and growing taller :lul::lul:

Go on a 300 cal deficit and eat about 2g protein per lb of bw, this way you will lose bf and gain muscle at the same time if thats your goal.

I wouldn't recommend a heavy deficit especially because you're an late bloomer and you do need more energy during this growth phase. A way to eat more and also losing would be having more movement and also focusing mostly on animal products such as eggs, milk (any dairy), ruminants, organs and fruits.
