How to eat after a cut?

How much am I supposed to eat right after a 12-16 week cut? I was initially thinking of just going into maintenance directly after, but since my metabolism has adjusted to eating in a caloric deficit, would I put on extra fat from being at maintenance?

depends of how much you cutted but just go back to maintenance slowly

No. Just calculate your required calories for maintenance and stick to it. Of course you will have lower required calories for maintenance as before cut since you weight less
