basically follow this method

time window to eat carbs :

from the moment you wake up till lunch 12:00 you can eat carbs
after lunch you Stop eating carbs

type of carbs you wanna eat :
eat healthy carbs easy to digest like potatoes sweet potato stay away from bread pasta everything made from white flower

quantity of crabs :
below 600g per day
 
but still 1g of carbs whatever it is. its 4g of water in ur body more. but still if u eat them just u can fucking make simple cardio its all g

LowIQ, even if u eat 500g of carbs u will only retain 2L and this is useless if u drink 4 to 5 liters of water.
