I would usually get beef that was cooked instead of fried or roasted. I think the recipe for that requires less oils and a bigger chance they used olive oil. They cook meat and vegetables in a pot with a little oil and then blend the vegetables making a delicious sauce then I would scrape of the meat because of the unknown amount of oil. That way you get pretty lean beef and as a carb source you take white rice or mashed potatoes. Other form of potatoes are either friend or covered in seed oils before being put in a oven. Mashed potatoes are made with butter and that is expensive so they use very little and thus you get almost pure potatoes.
