My face is too compact and makes me look neotonous. Is just genio enough ?

Do you have poor tooth show when smiling? If so, you’ve got short face syndrome which can be fixed with maxilla downgrafting and generally gives great ascensions for SFS cases.

Also leanmaxxing will make you look less neotenous.

He might have bimaxillary potrusion wich hides his maxilla, or it's just his chin reccesed, none the less, i don't think bimax for him is ideal since his nose would be way to upturned.
