Quit the job you're wasting your life. Otherwise you will always be coping around that one fundamental issue.

i have bills, also gotta pay for gym membership and drugs

do what makes you happy as long as it's not engaging in degenerate behavior

Can't you just travel or do something interesting for awhile? I have spent most of my adult life living out from different places, working a bit and then fucking off the job to do just that. Thankfully now I have a job that only takes a few months out of the year and is a perfect fit. I'm free for months at the time. I've never worked for a whole year, never. My hatred for not having agency over my time and what I do is too great. I might not have a very comfortable life or a ton of money but I have enough money for what I need. Of course it helped I had a girlfriend almost always, I was reverse betabuxing many times actually. I'd slit my wrists if I ever got into "muh bills" mindset, that's why I'm doing some pointless bullshit I don't care about, no offense.

ive highly considered buying a van and fitting it with what i need and just becoming a nomad working here and there saving a few thousand then going to the next beautiful place. but that life is lonely as fuck, i also have a issue connecting with people on a deeper level

what makes me happy is 3000 miles away and costs a lot of money which i do not currently have

All the reasons you listed for not enjoying your life are things you can change.

hobbies are essential in 2025 and they will keep you away from degeneracy. if you don't have a huge budget to travel etc just get into crafts or something like that. be passionate about a specific interest.

Be good looking. Fuck girls . You can't be happy after 20 if you don't fuck girls regularly at least

ive tried being creative and for a time i was passionate about making music but with no meaningful social interaction, no fulfillment in life etc makes it increasingly hard to be creative and be passionate about anything. if i could ski/snowboard every day I would but I live in a place with no mountains and no snow. and i can not afford to relocate right now. and my current living situation does not allow me to actually save money, i live paycheck to paycheck basically

tried hooking up, just made me feel more empty and alone afterwards. meaningless sex is not the answer
