How to enlarge permanent lips?

From what I read, it's Volufiline, what else should I buy? WITHOUT SURGERY

even with surgery you cant stop coping lol,only fillers work but you can use them long term bc migration happens after 5 years,volufine is such cope just you have bad lips,width matters more anyyways but thin lips are death senetence

You need width but there are plenty of thinner lipped slayers.

Brotal , i have full lips but kina narrow ish , they are not completely narrow but neither are they wide
