How to enlarge the bridge of the nose?

I bonesmash my bridge with one of those gua sha stones since you have to hit between brow ridge and dorsal hump. idk if the bonesmashing has made much bone grow but there is always the temporary effect of the tissue expansion/ pump. as far as steroids go, I think only hgh can help with the bone restoring. makes ur nose straight as heck
