How to ensure maximum bioavailability of oral supps?

if fat soluble take them with fat
 
Pay attention to what you take together. Minerls like calcium or magnesium hinder absorption of beta-carotene

eat a large meal before taking your supplements

also dont be a retard and take the same supplements every day on auto pilot

for example,
if you had fish that day, no need to take fish oil
if you had a lot of fruits and veggies, no need for multivitamin
if you had animal organs, no need for vitamin A
if you were in the sun alot, no need for vitamin d


remember its SUPPLEMENTAL not FOUNDATIONAL

taking the same vitamins every day is a good way to phuc urself over srs,

too much vitamin b12 causes acne, too much biotin is bad for you, too much vitamin a is toxic

just take a holistic approach and alter your needs and supplement your diet... with supplements.
