How to escape socially akward hell

First things first yes these are water takes, but you must understand for naturally high inhib/ND people these things do not come naturally.
I’ll start this off with my experience throughout my first 2.5 years of highschool I had no friends was a KHHV and spoke 0 words to my family besides my mother. I was bullied for being ugly everyday for 2 years on the soccer and track team as well as being called out for my death tier social skills. I am on the spectrum though very “low on the spectrum.” Throughout this time I yearned to be a popular kid who had friends girls and a perfect life. My senior year I made friends with shared interests who helped pioneer my low inhib current self which when I went to college allowed me to slay constantly, and have a very large friend group becoming everything I ever wanted.
How I escaped and how you can to:
1.) first things first ascend, quite obvious the better looking you are the better people will perceive you and it will makes things easier. I personally went from ltn to hmtn-lhtn and immediately noticed people treating me different even with my previous weird kid rep.
2.) put aside your prejudice against women, popular kids, or any person you are jealous of. If you give off the impression that you hate people obviously they would not want to be around you, if your hate is to ingrained then just fake your personality, it’s better to have your “fake” personality loved then to be hated your whole life.
3.) Exposure therapy: This comes down to if you actually want to stay an inhibcel or change your life nothing changes if nothing changes if you wish to make friends you have to seek them out. Small conversations work, shared interests, or even helping or being overly nice (for a short period of time don’t become an underling). This will acclimatize people to you and slowly allow you to come into their good graces. Methods you can use are constantly ask people about themselves (not interrogating) people love talking about them selves.
4.) if you have a bad reputation either ascend to the point it doesn’t matter or leave that place. ex.) if you work a job and your the creepy coworker leave that job jfl that’s what worked for me in college nobody new of my prior rep so I had a fresh start and used my accumulated knowledge to change.
5.) substances: Use carefully obviously but things like alc make talking so much easier but your actual personality could slip so be careful. This will help with the previous exposure therapy and once you’re used to talking you can get rid of the alc.

How do you stay committing to looksmaxxing when you’re a non NT outcast? It’s so easy to burn out

How do you stay committing to looksmaxxing when you’re a non NT outcast? It’s so easy to burn out
personally my want outweighs my fear i want it bad enough.

dedication and consistency don’t focus on motivation you have to stay consistent it’s like the gym and don’t overdo it that leads to burn out start out small and work your way up don’t just jump into the deep end.
