swallow a needle full of hgh

if you are over 15 the only way is with a skeletal-borne expander, all the MSE like appliece work, MARPE SARPE FME(kinda expensive) are good options EASE is kinda scam but it works

You could use a salbutamol inhailer it's 2eur OTC where I live and prob most of Europe, and it is a bronchodilator beta agonist with a short half-life

And you could use nasal strips

no that's why I meantioned them last, because they are effective, only if your don't have sufficient airflow due to your nose structure, but still someone can see benefits, from it

what ab 15 and under

as long as the bone is not thick or fully fused(which is rare) then you should be able to expand your airways with a tooth-borne appliance, still not gonna move the zygomatic arch and maybe get some eye area enhancement, but still even with SARPE/MARPE we haven't seen noticeable results, besides on the CBCT, only FME which is the strongest yet has made a significant difference and it's expensive AF
