I don’t have access to any orthodontist nearby so i don’t think ill ever get braces (fml)
My palate is extremely narrow and teeth r recessed…
If thumb pulling is cope is there really any other way for me to fix my palate? i just turned 17, i imagine i still have some time left.

You literally need orthodontic help to fix a narrow palate jfl, either find a way to get a taxi there to an orthodontist or get your parents to drive you, i go 25 miles away for mine just for a 30 minute appointment its brutal but living far away sucks
