Whatever I eat I fart
I eat pretty average, even above
training, good sleep a lot of water

the problem: I go to parties with friends and have to keep it in for hours, after all I feel like shit

help?

it's probably your intestines
maybe you should try suplementation with some good bacteria for better digestion

I think it might be caused by bread/rolls & protein
 
I find that apple cider vinegar helps break down sugary foods so that theres less bloating/gas
 
Go fart into the toilet. Imagine having a gf, i probably got intestine problems from all the farts i kept.
Check what foods give you farts and avoid them, you also have medicines that turn your fart into liquid shit.
 
Farting is mainly from foods like:
- Beans
- Fizzy drinks
- Eggs
- Cruciferous vegetables
- Foods rich in spices like Indian food
