How to fight seed oils?

I'm at the beach on a hotel and I just know even if I'm eating only meat, fish and eggs, that these are all cooked and filled with seed oils. How can I fight the side effects? I got Krill Oil to adjust the Omega 3 ratio, what else can I do?

Not reallt much you can do. As long as your cooking in olive oil/ butter at home your fine. People act like seed oils are terribke for you then proceed to have a dessert or drink alcohol as long as your diet is good seed oils genuinely will not do much harm.

I cook with tallow everyday at home, but I still don't like eating them for a month straight.

How do you know for certain the foods are cooked in seed oils? Also no way you can fight it just stop thinking about it so much it makes a fractional difference and I know for certain there are other things you could do in your diet that would have more difference. Stop coping.

They really aren’t that bad the cholesterol in sausages and bacon once a week is worse for you than a whole week of seed oils

Everyone’s just coping because cutting out seed oils and replacing them with other oils is an easy thing to do if you cared that much about your health you’d be on a keto diet.

Cholesterol isn't bad at all and it's basically what is used to produce testosterone.

Keto also isn't optimal cause carbs are usefull and we ate them since we existed. The only carbs we should consume though are fruits

A keto diet ehere you eat certain carbs occasionally is optimal not cutting out compleyely

Avoiding seed oils will make pretty much an unoticable diffrence

theres no such thing as bad or good ldl hahaha the bad thing is oxidized LDL which is caused by sugar and seed oils
