I'm at the beach on a hotel and I just know even if I'm eating only meat, fish and eggs, that these are all cooked and filled with seed oils. How can I fight the side effects? I got Krill Oil to adjust the Omega 3 ratio, what else can I do?
LDL from sausage and bacon is bad HDL from eggs and chicken is good. Clearly uneducated on food health keep coping with your tallow.
