All you have to do is just to go out to places where people usually go to socialize like clubs, bars, specialized hobby classes, can be a colleague at work, or just straight up cold approach on the street trying to ask for a favour and try to make a short convo out of it. If not, you can only count on dating apps that won't let you get real results unless you pay for their highest premium service.

That is just a numbers game, you need to put yourself out as much as possible until one of them finds you fuckable enough, no real shortcuts or roundabouts about this, even the ugliest troll alike guys I knew scored over 10+ bodies and had few relationships because they were willing to go further than their own house on regular basis.
