to start this off, you must identify the REASON of your downturned nose: If it is cartilage related, and the bridge is heavily angled downwards, then it's a cartilage related issue, and i advise you to get a rhinoplasty for tip uplifting.
(example of cartilage-related downturned nose):

However, if it is SKIN related, (woman with especially thick nose skin):

Then this is manageable ourselves.

Before you say "water," here's the approach:

Buy hydrocortisone 1% cream (for example: https://www.walgreens.com/store/c/w...cream-maximum-strength/ID=prod6290148-product ).

How to apply:
(Step 1):

  • Apply a small amount on the outside of the nose tip.
  • Do not apply it above the alar base (the area where the nostrils meet the cheek), as this can thin the skin and make the nasal dorsum appear more prominent.
(STEP 2:))
Internal application (MOST IMPORTANT PART):Take the same cream and apply a small amount inside your nose, about 1 inch deep. Focus on the nasal vestibule the entrance area just inside the nostrils. This region is lined with real skin, specifically the: (keratinized stratified squamous epithelium), the same type as the outside of your nose. It contains hairs (vibrissae), sebaceous glands, and sweat glands.

What this is DOING is it is INTERALLY causing skin atrophy, helping boost the process and helping more than the external part, helping "upturn" the nose.

Important safety rules:

  • Because this area is very sensitive, only use it for a maximum of 1 week.
  • After that, stop for a few months before considering any further use.

ty if u read this, and if this helped you pls REP
