How to fix a lower third

Is there any way to fix a lower third without surgery
I can't train my masseters since my gonions are grown inward and i have a reccesed chin
I'm already below 12% body fat but my cheeks are still puffy so i can't fix that either(I'm gettung acqualyx soon tho)
My lips are also thick but short in width

If ur lips are short width get a marpe and since u still have face fat use aqulayx and for ur recessed chin do DIY filler on ur chin mark as solution
