How to fix acne in 4 days?

I just got a few small pimples but if I get more that would really suck because I have decisive halloween parties lined up this weekend and I want to go in with clear skin. I'm thinking about frauding with red zombie makeup on the blemishes but this is just a theory I haven't tested it yet. It's most likely small accutane purge (on 30 mg rn) but hopefully it only gets better until then. Best of luck this weekend boys!

i lowk just be popping them and hoping for the best, but bc of the accutane the area gets way more red now
