How to fix acne on my upper lip?

I have very stubborn acne on my upper lip that won't clear up no matter what I do. I'm on 0.025 tret and while the rest of my face has started to clear it has not. Are there any products that can reliably clear the acne (that arent retinoids obv)?

tbh if tret doesn't work for it look into other shit that touches your upper lip. like is ur razor clean when u shave? if u use a shaving cream try a different one etc. could even be shit like ur toothpaste touching ur upper lip or types of foods that touches ur mouth
