How to fix an assymetrical face?

I’ve been noticing that my face is quite asymmetrical and it’s starting to bother me more than it used to. The imbalance isn’t extreme, but it’s definitely visible in photos and even in the mirror depending on lighting and angles.
I’m trying to understand what actually causes facial asymmetry in cases like mine. Is it mostly bone structure, muscle imbalance, posture, habits (like chewing on one side, sleeping position), or something else?
More importantly, I want to know what can realistically be improved.

  • Can things like mewing, posture correction, or chewing evenly make a noticeable difference over time?
  • Are there specific exercises for facial muscles that actually work?
  • How much of asymmetry is fixable naturally vs. only through procedures?
  • If procedures are the only real solution, which ones are considered effective and why?
I’m looking for honest, direct answers. If something doesn’t work, I’d rather know than waste time on it.
Also, if anyone has personal experience improving asymmetry (even slightly), I’d like to hear what actually made a difference and what didn’t.

One question: Why so serious?

mewing is straight bullshit except for when you "mew" (or press ur tougne to the roof of ur mouth) u can lift/raise ur hyoid (only when ur "mewing" so u have to hold it)
unless ur asymmetry is really obvoius and bad most of the time ppl dont notice it since ur front profile is not always centered prefectly when they look at u

Dnr, we see its ai

put ur top teeth on ur bottom. Dont clench. Look at the positioning of your midline. Ur bottom four teeth and top 2 should be equally distributed. Also look at the right and left of ur teeth where ur molars are. Does one side shift inwards. That’s what’s causing my asymmetry. Pretty much only solution is surgery bud. Everything else is extreme cope.
