How to fix asymmetrical eyes, will I always be a permachud? (WITH PIC)

It may be a asymmetrical sphenoid which I think is unfixable but if you guys know a way lmk. Any advice or explanation is appreciated, thank u.

Dye your eyebrows a few shades darker than what they are currently.

Tint the eyelashes jet-black.

Start training your neck until it's as wide as your jaw.

I have grown my neck quite a bit since I took this but I agree eyebrows gotta be darker, any brands u recommend for dye?
