abused roids a year ago and my skin still looks awful, how do I fix this? microneedling? what depth and pen?

neurotoxicity and skin

don't stress and eat 100% CLEAN (for atleast 1-2months) NOT a single CHEAT MEAL and cut all sugar + microneedling
