How to fix back acne?

I just noticed I have what seem like small pimples right around my rear delts/traps on both sides.

How do I get rid of it? Or is it something that goes with time after puberty.

This kind of works but then you are left with TONS of hyperpigmentation.

i was able to somewhat get rid of my active bacne but now i am left with alot of post acne hyperpigmentation. Havent gone away in years... Im now trying different retinoid creams

I had really bad back acne when I was 16 to 19, accutane was the only thing that fixed it.

Personally I'd reccomand 20mg ED for 3 to 6 months.

If you don't like accutane sides, then use tretinoin.
